12”x16” oil on stretched canvas mounted in wood shadow box frame. I painted this for our first oil painting workshop in Mount Vernon Washington, March 2025. When the first “wipe out” layer was done as the underpainting I liked the subtle tones so that was left alone and the background was enhanced with the thicker and richer paint.
